Asbury Park's beloved farmers & makers market, a weekly favorite for both locals and tourists, returns for its 13th year in Downtown Asbury Park.

Please review the load in instructions for your market date. These guidelines outline the procedures for arriving, parking, unloading your products, and setting up your booth safely and efficiently. Following these instructions will ensure a smooth and organized process for everyone involved.

Load-In Information, Setup & Parking
LOCATION
Asbury Fresh Market is on Emory Street between Cookman and Lake Ave also known as Press Plaza. This is a wide street in the heart of downtown Asbury Park. We are very excited about this location. With anything new this will be a learning experience for you and our staff. Please be patient as we help all of our vendors get acquainted with placement and load in procedures.
PARKING
Please park on Lake Ave as close as possible to Emory Street. Do not park on Cookman Avenue.
Set your GPS to ASBURY PARK DISTILLING CO. 527 Lake Ave Asbury Park NJ 07712 (this will bring you closest to the market site)
Parking is metered starting at 9am
It's helpful to download the AP parking app onto your phone, random machines are sometimes broken and it can be frustrating and time consuming in the morning.
LOAD IN
Unload from your parking space. Do not pull up to the market to unload. The market location is on the street and the entire path to the market is across pavement. Meet our market staff at the corner of Emory St and Lake Ave for further direction to your spot.
Vendor load in time starts at 7:30AM!
You will not be placed if you choose to come early. Please wait at the corner of Emory St and Lake Ave until 7:30 for further instructions from an Asbury Fresh staff member.

If you are not on-site by 8:30AM, our market manager may reassign your assigned space. We do this to avoid gaps in the setup. If you arrive after 8:40AM, we CANNOT let you set up, reschedule, or provide a refund. Vendors must have their set up complete by 9AM.
For cancellations within 24 hours of a market date please text us at 732-481-4691 with your name, business name and date/dates you need to cancel. Market Managers DO NOT receive emails when they are on site. Vendors who do not adhere to our cancellation policy, will not be booked for future dates. Please add this phone number to your contacts to avoid this outcome.
