AU Honey
Lindsey Carroll and Bobby Fix first began keeping bees in 2015. The first year consisted of long days and countless stings but Bobby and Lindsey had caught the buzz, and the subsequent birth of AU Honey was formed. Seeing and tasting the fruits of their labor they quickly realized they had no idea what to do with over one hundred pounds of fresh honey so they decided to share their harvest with family and friends. The response from the local community has been amazing and inspiring. Over the past 12 months they've gone from 2 hives to 12 hives from 50lbs of honey to over 600lbs. Their hope is to continue to grow and educate themselves in managing a bee yard, processing and marketing honey. AU Honey is overjoyed to be a part of the Asbury Fresh Market team and anxious to share their products.

Benchmark Breads is a local sourdough bread bakery based out of Little Silver, New Jersey. Our bread is 100% naturally-leavened and made with wheat, water and salt. We love being able to offer our freshly baked bread to our local community! We have a store front at 141 Markham Place in Little Silver where we are open Wednesday through Sunday and you can also find us at Fresh Markets weekly during their regular seasons!
